The Personal Habit Tracker ("the app") is a private tool used only by its owner, for the owner's own data. It is in Testing / personal use only and is not offered to the public.
2. No warranty
The app is provided "as is", without any warranty. Its data may be incomplete or inaccurate, and it may change or stop working at any time.
3. Not medical advice
The app shows data for personal interest only. It is not medical, health or fitness advice and does not diagnose or treat any condition. Speak to a GP or qualified professional about any health concern.
4. Liability
To the extent the law allows, no liability is accepted for any loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
